Simon Cope, age 23, is a student of French and Italian at the University of Leeds - Northern England, where he plans to complete his degree in June, 2005. He resides in London, England.

His bridge achievements include representing England in the U20's in 2001 and he is a regular part of the England U25 squad in partnership with his long time junior partner, Stuart Haring.

He speaks three languages: English, French and Italian. And he is a fanatical soccer fan, particularly he is a huge Liverpool supporter.
